Calling creatives from various fields to reside at Ideas Block – creative space & cafe, located in Vilnius, Lithuania!
Ideas block is a creative space & cafe located in a developing area of the city – Station district. It is a place where culture happens and ideas are fostered through various art and design practices, hosting art residencies, talks and workshops, interdisciplinary art exhibitions and handmade designer goods, workshops, talks, music and art events. Ideas Block supports the freedom of expression, ideas and experiments, as well as multicultural collaboration and communication. It is a place where people can come to work, gather inspiration, meet like-minded people or simply spend time here, enjoying a cup of coffee.
The call is open to visual, sound or interdisciplinary artists who wish to develop a project in a cozy creative cafe environment, while socializing with people around, taking part in our cultural events and projects, as well as exploring the city.
Selected artist will be able to use our creative space & cafe to work on their project on a daily basis, and have an opportunity to run workshops, talks, curate events or take over the whole space for a short period of time.
